UK
Delivery for Ladies Shoes, Ladies Boots, Ladies Handbags & Costume Jewellery anywhere in UK is FREE. All womens shoes and other goods are normally dispatched within 1 day from receiving the order. Parcels are delivered by Royal Mail using Next Day Delivery service and they need a signature on receipt.
Please note that Royal Mail has a very convenient redelivery service which can be arranged on line at RoyalMail/Redelivery This service allows you to get your parcel redelivered to the original delivery address, any other address or your local Post Office for pick up at your convenience.
EUROPE & WORLDWIDE
For all orders outside UK the postage has to be added manually using the links below.

RETURNS
Our purpose is to guarantee your full satisfaction. If, for any reason whatsoever, you are not satisfied with your order, you can return purchased products to us and we will be happy to exchange them or refund your account.
The goods need to reach our warehouse within 14 days from the date on which you received them from Petal Dolls. Shipping costs for the returns are none refundable. When returning goods we recommend that you obtain proof of posting as the returns are responsibility of the purchasing party till they are delivered to us. We cannot be responsible for lost or delayed parcels.
Please note:

we cannot exchange the products that have been used, worn, washed, modified or damaged;

we cannot exchange the products if their original packaging is in any way damaged;

we reserve the right not to accept returned products belonging to a single order that are returned at different times;
